Space Joinery supply and install custom made joinery to home builders and architects, and specialise in architectural kitchens and bathrooms, storage solutions, wall units and unique furniture. When offering a bespoke service to clients, every detail counts to make the best first impression. Space Joinery wanted to ensure that its facility was suitable to showcase its talents and the importance that it places on a high-quality, custom-made approach and so chose flooring solutions from Flowcrete to achieve this.

All of the materials chosen provide diverse but specific visuals and practicalities for the different spaces, whilst the robust nature of each ensures that the modern interior design scheme is maintained for a long period of time.

Metallic Expressions in a bespoke grey colour with a swirling multi-tonal stylistic effect was chosen for the stairwell and foyer entry. Whilst being extremely visually effective with industrial hues, this was also chosen for its abrasion resistance and hard-wearing properties, ideal in areas where heavy footfall is expected.

The offices and meeting spaces had a clear Flowseal Satin finish, providing a resilient platform underfoot whilst also promoting the contemporary urban aesthetic that Space Joinery strived for.

Finally, a clear Flowseal UV covering was chosen as the protective coating for the demanding warehouse and workshop spaces. The polyurethane resin-based system is a high performance seal coating, which provides protection against chemicals, abrasions and UV light.
