The company insisted on high quality finishes throughout the facility and a floor finish that would be in keeping with these standards. Flowcrete was chosen over other companies by being able to offer the client a fit for purpose solution and peace of mind with many existing projects already completed in automotive workshops.

Flowcrete specified Flowshield SL, a seamless self-smoothing epoxy resin system which formed the base for the floor finish. Flowcoat OP, a seamless epoxy coating was then applied over the top incorporating anti-slip particles.

The floor was then finished with a coat of Flowseal UV, a two pack coloured UV-stable polyurethane seal coat. The final floor finish provides an extremely durable, highly impact resistant, easy to clean floor finish that will not discolour over time.

Both the main contractor and the client were delighted with the overall finish.
