Mornington Prime Cuts

Mornington Prime Cuts, located in the Mornington Peninsula, is a new friendly, family owned local butcher offering restaurant quality meat as well as beautiful ready to eat meals, gourmet pantry items, delicious marinades, plus many more delectable goodies.

The Challenge

With a deadline of 3 weeks for a full shop renovation, the contractor Ascoat, had to squeeze into a tight schedule while working alongside other contractors. The project entailed flooring upgrades to the cool room, preparation areas and back of house.

The Solution

Ascoat did a fantastic job collaborating with the client and builder to ensure no disruptions to other trades happening during this time.
