Chisholm Institute of TAFE

Known as one of Victoria’s highly regarded Education Institutes located in south-east Melbourne, Chisholm Institute of TAFE offers over 250 structured courses to ensure all graduates finish with the skills to further their career.

To match the quality of training available, Chisholm TAFE required a floor finish, above the rest, to inspire trades apprentices to value their learning environment and strive for a high standard of outcomes.

The existing concrete substrate required significant remediation and preparation prior to the installation of the Flowshield OP system. Approximately 5,000m² of the durable flooring solution was applied throughout the training areas in complementary blue and grey colours to match the facilities aesthetic.

Vincent Crisp Architects achieved the client’s brief by specifying Flowshield OP for this project as it delivers a hard-wearing floor coating that is chemical and abrasion-resistant.
